Opvantek Announces Significant Expansion of Optimain xDR Customer Base
Yardley PA – August 2, 2018 – Opvantek Inc., a leading provider of risk management software for the utility industry, today announces a significant expansion of the customer base for its industry leading excavation damage predictive analytics engine: Optimain® xDR. The expanded customer base now includes 2 new large gas and electric utilities and an 811 call center. These new customers will potentially double the number of locate requests being scored by the engine every day.
Opvantek’s robust cloud-based software engine provides risk-based predictive analytics on all 811 notifications sent from one call centers to underground facility owners. Back testing and real-world results across the country show that more than 50% of damages occur on tickets ranked in the top 10% by the Optimain xDR engine. This profound insight allows every stakeholder involved in the damage-prevention process to focus available resources on higher-risk tickets.
